| - I love Lush products and Lush as a company. However this location is always a pain to go to. My main problem is the employees. Some try their best to be friendly (although sometimes it seems like an overbearing, fake act) but others are complete immature moody 20-something's just trying to make it through the day (and student loans, probably). One time I went in there and saw a chalkboard sign marked as "3.95" for a soap, which I thought was cheaper than usual, but didn't question. When I was checking-out, I noticed my total was a lot more than expected, but didn't check my receipt until I walked out of the store and realized that the "3.95" soap was actually "13.95"! I didn't have a spare $14 to spend on a soap, so I went back in and asked to refund the soap, saying that the sign said it was "3.95", to which the snappy employee replied "NO" and showed me as she moved the chalkboard sign over a bit from its stand to reveal a "1" in front of the "3.95" (which the stand was completely hiding from view). I apologized for "my mistake" (which really wasn't even my mistake, they should've been keeping up with the chalkboard sign and making sure the whole price was visible) and still asked for a refund as I didn't need to be spending that much on soap. The employee got all salty and silent with me as she gave me a refund, and didn't even thank me as I left. So, in summary, I always enjoy the products I get, but the employees at this location seriously need to work on their customer service skills.
