  • Equinox has truly been a wonderful apartment community to live in. After moving into a 2 bedroom with my girlfriend in July, I have nothing but praise for this complex. The location is great, with access to the 101 & 202 loops, Tempe, Scottsdale, Malls, Restaurants etc. The maintenance has been quick and efficient, and theres been few issues to report!! Since the construction is new, the buildings are insulated very well & I find myself not paying too much for water, sewage and electricity. The complex uses solar power for electricity and is totally green! Finally, the amenities are great with the complex offering a pool, hot-tub, grill, 24hr gym, and community club house that all residents have access to. I think Leonard, Dave, and the rest of Alliance are doing an exemplary job at building an amazing community!!
