  • Buyer Beware! I was a client of theirs for many years when I had to retire early due to illness. When I closed my practice I had 2 years left on a 3 year prepaid package. I asked for a partial refund and was given the run around for 2 months. I was then told that they could not give me a refund because the accounting department could not issue a credit for services bought the year before?!? It then changed to the entire amount I had paid was for updating my site.
