| - BE WARNED! What was supposed to be an unforgettable night in the best way possible became the worst unforgettable night ever. As someone who has worked in the industry and with customers for the past 7 years, I am appalled by the service that was given. Paying an exceptional amount of money for things that were not promised. The package that was paid for was an entry to 3 clubs, a private limo and a bottle of choice. Unfortunately that is not was was given. We ended up on a worn down party bus & HALF OF A BOTTLE OF UV VODKA WAS PRESNTED. When I asked the host why she tried to steer clear of an answer by saying she has another one for later. When arriving at the first club which was XS, we all waited anxiously outside with the host telling us that we have to wait because the club is late on opening and everyone in line is paying. UM EXCUSE ME? WHAT IN THE HELL DID WE PAY $1200 FOR? Trying to not let my sister (the bride) have a horrible time at her one & only bachelorette party we proceeded to try and get into the next club rather then wasting out night because we were on a time frame. As we walked into the Men of Sapphire the host handed us a card and left us halfway through the line. Not thinking that there would be another problem we headed up to the cashier and handed her the card that was given to us. Unfortunately another problem occurred when the cashier then informed us that the card was just to let her know that we arrived by outside transportation and that the cost is $44 dollars a person. With our jaws to the floor, the host was NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. We got to talk to the manager and told him what was happening to what was supposed to be an unforgettable night and with a sigh he felt so horrible that he let us in WITH OUR OWN DOING. Trying to forget about the past events, we all were having a great time ON OUR OWN, because WE GOT OURSELVES INTO THE CLUB. We proceeded to hold our heads up & not completely give up on Club Viva at the time because we still had one more club to go! YAY! We get back onto the party bus and what do you know! The host brings out another bottle of UV, A QUARTER OF THE WAY FULL!! I am beyond livid at this point. Trying to make the best of things for my sister, we walk into the next enrty way of the club which was Tao. and guess what!? the same thing happens. We for some reason cannot get into the club! and when I asked the host why, she had no answers & she faulted Club Viva all night saying that she was just a promoter & there is nothing she could do. Being all locals I finally had enough, instead of dealing with the problem I went around the problem. I found a lineman who was gracious enough to listen to the horrendous night we had & begged for him to please let us in. He accepted on his terms that we have to pay the entry fee for them male & before we knew it the host was gone, she did NOTHING FOR US, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. SO AGAIN ON OUR OWN DOING WE GOT INTO THE CLUB! IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH CLUB VIVA AND THE MONEY WE PAID FOR THIS NIGHT OF EVENTS. Thank god for the group we had or else we would have all ended up in tears. FOR EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT NIGHT OUT LOCALS & TOURIST HERE TO HAVE A MEMORABLE NIGHT. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!
Even after trying to explain what had happened to the owner she fails to believe us, even after all the other complaints she has had by other people. I am not sure how & why this is still a business because all they are doing are scamming people. So if this does nothing but, just help people not get robbed then so be it. PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.
