Nothing is Consistant. Sales reps don't communicate with techs. Tech don't communicate with sales reps. The service is shotty. It's way too expensive for the lack of technology. Their new system looks like a toy. Not advance machine. The billing process isn't managed well so there are constant issues and when it's ads fault they won't fix it. I can go on and on and on. I would just say avoid it altogether. Vivint based on my research of technology appears to be the best for the best price tho I can't say from personal experience as I am still contracted into ADT a little longer :-(
