  • Please be advised that this review is solely for the "My Kid's Dentist" side of this business. The other side of the business "Henderson Modern Dentistry" does not warrant this scathing review. First problem is price. You will be paying the highest prices anywhere. 2nd problem: If you like playing musical chairs then you'll love their take on "Musical Dentists." Dentists don't last long here. We were here two years and are working on our third dentist. 3rd problem: Scheduling. Once you get a treatment plan in place getting it implemented is like pulling teeth. Appointments are constantly cancelled and rescheduled weeks out. I was trying to get my son's treatment completed since March. It is now May and I left this practice and found another dentist for my kid rather than playing scheduling games here. I also complained and requested that Dr Mugelsten (the owner) contact me. He never did, but I believe he was never told because my complaint involved scheduling by the receptionist "Angel" who likely never informed him. By the way, if you are talking to a receptionist who constantly says "unfortunately" , then you are speaking with Angel. It's her favorite word and at My Kid's Dentist you can expect to hear it quite frequently from her and others. The one very good comment I can make is that their oral surgeon for children, Dr. Moxely is exceptional. Unfortunately (sorry Angel for using your patented word) Dr Moxely is not the regular dentist. I would recommend that you avoid the Kid's Dentist here until they get their act together.
