  • Dan is the only person I will get pierced by or recommend others get pierced by. He knows what he's doing and has fine tuned his skills. What I will say is this: These people seriously need to work on their customer service skills. No I don't need you to hold my hand and give me a hug, but I do expect to be treated with respect. Dan will talk in a very condescending and rude way and I have experienced this multiple times. I agree with every idea he expresses, but he can go about doing so in a way that lacks tact. Entering a tattoo shop is scary enough for some people, and this particular place can be less than friendly. When people critique Dan's delivery, the shop conflates people being upset with what Dan says rather than how he says it. Just brace yourself before you enter this place. That being said, this IS the only shop I would recommend getting pierced at. Better to get pierced by a rude expert than a friendly dude who will do it poorly.
