So when you are a frequent shopper at VS and spend A TON of money throughout the year there...you kind of expect them to take good care of you.
My boyfriend bought me a bigger bottle of body-spray from there that I love, the only perfume I really even use actually, and somehow the top completely broke so I was no longer able to use it; it was only a quarter gone. I mentioned it to a VS employee in Henderson who was nice and said "just bring it in, we shouldn't have a problem replacing it."
Well I took it to the Boulevard VS and the manager, Riccardo, refused to replace it, mind you..it's not even half empty and spilled all over my purse; I did not break it- the top somehow just broke off. He was actually kind of rude about it too. I was very surprised at how he handled it because VS employees are always so helpful and great.
It is what it is, you can't win 'em all I guess. I had my boyfriend cut into the bottle and fill a refillable bottle up with the perfume for me so it didn't go to waste.
I just think it's silly to be slightly rude about it and not take care of those who spend money at the business. Why risk getting a bad review over a bottle of perfume that should have been replaced without an issue? What is funny is I wouldn't even be writing this review if he had been nicer and apologetic about the situation...
