horrible horrible c/s. 38 mins on hold to speak to the third person --- to tell them I just want internet - i don't own a tv or a landline phone -- only need internet. and each one you have to answer the same 10 questions and listen to the 15 mins selling pitch about this product or that. they have no common sense and can only read down a checklist of option ---- no free thought or listening for that matter. five years with their service in a different location - i move to vegas and it has been hours upon hours of phone calls to unscrew the internet plan --- and it is still not right. ugh !! i give. you just lost a very loyal customer because your c/s reps are just down right simpletons.
