| - Don't fall for the nice guy on the phone ("Ken Wade") They offer subcontractors who look/act like druggies. Dangerous!!! These guys are scam artists. Demanded half up front (fine, whatever...ppl are flakes, I get it, but it was my first clue.) They were unprofessional to say the least. Then, they did a crappy job (lint, bubbles, etc...really really bad, no prep and they looked like homeless people.) They said they could fix it and that they would come back after the weekend and redo it, so I said 'cool...I'll pay you the other half then'. Then they came after me! They physically came at me and threatened me (I'm a small woman). I was happy I had a firearm and that I didn't need to use it. Holy hell...do NOT let them into your grandmother's house. That being said, I was incredibly brazen and stubborn and the dudes came back. This time, my entire family was at the house when they came, so they didn't try any tactics. They redid it. It was mediocre, but I had low expectations. I paid them when they were done. Two years later its a hot mess. It was never going to work. These guys are SO Dangerous. Call the police if you have to! So, what I figured out is that whoever the "Ken Wade" guy was takes the first half and the crackheads that show up get the second half. info@abathtubrefinishing.com or bathtubrefinishingphoenix.com...they call themselves all sorts of names, and you can't whois any of them - they are all redirects/second-level domains - S.C.A.M.M.E.R.S!!
