| - I wanted to be a Farren's lover, but after several visits, I just don't get it. It's a slightly overpriced burger with upcharged everything (chips, fries, sauce, etc..) and you have to request tomato and pickle? Give me a break. You don't have a server assigned to your table, because you can "ask any staff member for anything", not surprisingly, service is spotty.
The "kitchen" is a flattop with a couple fryers next to the bar. It is remarkable that the cooks produce the volume that they do, however, seeing their space, there isn't any room for them to actually making anything in house, so it's probable that most items on their menu are bought frozen.
For a burger, you'll pay the same price at Big Grove for much better food and service.
