  • Horrible customer service and how they deal with things on top of the fact when I brought my dog for her surgery (getting fixed) they had her in the system for the wrong service and it's been an On going down hill spiral from there that even carried into another vca location....I can't deal with the stupidity and inconvience of there mistakes and how they run there business I gave them a fair shot but it's a headache just talking to them
