  • I am not keen in going to this WF Bank I'm a long time WF Bank CUSTOMER & a former lonv time employee. With this being said, I walked in to deposit a check & obtain a copy of a check i previously wrote. I was greeted by only about 3 men standing & greeting anyone who walked in. One of the 3 men stepped forward & asked for my bank card so he could "verify" my account. ..I said "will you be assisting me, & he said no, he is the floor manager! ...I said "this is new"! He proceeded to look into my account before getting another young gal to help me. ..Since when do floor managers "not work or assist customers", AND more importantly when do floor managers SNOOP into a customers account that walk through the door before sitting with a banker??!! ...LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL!! I have had no problems with any of the bank tellers they have been very professional!!
