  • This is the place to go for your eye care needs, especially if you suffer from any kind of allergies that affect your contact lens wearing, or if you have dry eye syndrome. Dr. Telega is very patient and knowledgeable and will spend copious amounts of time with you to figure out solutions to your problems. She seems very up-to-speed with the academic research in optometry and eye care. Janine, the optician/office manager, is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Both are very pleasant people to work with. Please support this office, this is a gem of a place. I have visited tens of optometrists in my life and none have provided the quality of care Shadyside Eye Associates does.
