  • I've been going to sellers practice for 10 years and ever since they moved locations and staffing it's been HORRIBLE!!! The new staff is so rude and will change what they said and the wait is TOO long. I've been calling 3 days now to fill a prescription and they tell me I've never gotten it from them before after 3 days of calling (let me remind you, I've only been at this Dr for the last 10 years). When I made my second phone call the lady on the phone specified which one I was talking about before I even said it so I've obviously received it from them before. So I had to make an appointment to go in and get it prescribed again. My mom also made a visit last week and waited over 35 min in the room in a gown and finally got up and left without even seeing the Dr. Not a phone call, an apology or a check up was made for their actions. My will definitely be looking for a new family Dr.
