  • I have dealt with three A/C companies including Penguin Air. I was the most pleased with this company because of it's combination of professionalism, expediancy and their fair prices. Ric was our tech throughout the process. He was very candid and down to earth with me about the A/C unit I was interested in and the cost of installation. He gave us an initial price that was well below the cost of another company I had received a quote from. After explaining the cost of the unit to my wife she became physically ill and was quite against the idea. Ric understood and was able to negotiate a price with his sales manager that made my wife and my pocket book much happier. When I left for work I had an old goettl and when came home I had a brand new Rheems. Doesn't get much smoother than that.
