rev:text	DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We've used them twice. The first time we moved into a rented furnished home while ours was being built. They did a good job, took apart furniture, wrapped it well and got everything into one truck load. They unloaded everything into the garage and formal living room of the home were were renting and we're very fast and professional. I used them again on October 30th (2012) and had a different two man crew. There are no words for how unprofessional they were; 1) they didn't come prepared and I had to provide them with not only water but a couple hours into the move they asked me to go get them food because "my partner he has no energy and cant work cuz he not eat since morning", this is after they asked for water. I'm not even kidding. 2) the fist time we moved they fit everthing into ONE truck load, this time they could not get it all in TWO loads and the only new piece of furniture purchased or added was a baby crib. 3) by the time they were unloading the second load it was 9pm and I said just to please put the rest in the garage...they literally when we weren't out there watching (which we should have done) were throwing our things onto the floor, I found my golf clubs scratched sideways on the floor, not to mention several other items damaged. I paid them but refused to sign the contact. I called the next day to speak to a manager and was told because I singed the contract there was nothing they could do, when I mentioned I didnt sign it she said she'd have someone call me back....3 days went by before I was able to call them and they told me that because I didnt sign the contract and call the day of the move there was nothing they could do. In fact I did call at 6pm to complain but the message box was full....go figure. The "manager" said they would not do anything for me nor apologized for the horrific service which is what I really wanted. I said I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, Yelp and any other outlet and she said "go ahead". When i went to the BBB website I saw they have a F rating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I could attach the pictures I took.
