  • Cute apartments but the management is horrible. I've endured some of the worst most unresponsive customer service from these people. They always act like you are bothering them and take no time to act decently. Ron and Jena are the owners and they are horrible to work with and treat good tenants like garbage, they have no respect towards their tenants and take no responsibility for the state of their properties. Good luck getting your security deposit back when you move out they will pinch every penny they can from you. Their is no ethical conduct I this place... You may be paying high rents in a close to Summerlin prime area but the management act like slum lords
