  • Not reliable. Scheduled an appointment for a 12pm appointment a week ago. No show. No phone call. Called Joe and he claimed that I didn't answer my cell phone. I received multiple calls during the day on my phone so I know it was bogus. Joe also had my home number but no calls to it either. Rescheduled for 3-4pm then didn't get a call until 4:05pm saying he couldn't make it and he might squeeze me in on Saturday. Totally unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and get someone who respects your time.
