  • Customer service was absolutely horrendous. In the middle of placing an order for a birthday cake, I got up and told them I would be going elsewhere. I was spoken to as if I was a peasant. I called immediately after and spoke to the manager who sincerely apologized and offered me 50% off whatever price I was quoted. I told him "Thanks, but no thanks. I refuse to spend a dollar there thanks to your employee." I can only imagine how much money they have lost thanks to the wench handling orders.
