I just came back from an oil change. It took them 3 1/2 hours! And not once did the service rep check up on me to tell me why the wait was so long. After 3 1/2 hours I had to ask for my car; otherwise, I would have stayed there longer.
I've been coming here for a few years because it's close to my house. My experience here has been consistently bad. The service reps here just go through the motions and have low energy. They'd rather be eating Fritos and staring at their computer screens rather than providing good customer service. And when a service rep has to address a customer, they act like they're being inconvenienced and act like they don't want to be there. A very negative place with negative energy.
If a customer comes into the service area, you don't ignore them. You greet them and welcome them instead of eating Fritos and just staring at your computer screen. Give me a break. This place needs to be shut down Immediately.
