I've been to a lot of Korean restaurants and have never received great service, so I don't ever expect to get anything more than decent service at real Korean places.
Having said that, the service here was okay, they checked on us more than normal, but the food! It was great!! Like going to Grandmas for dinner, and she (even though she isn't mine) came out to see if we were enjoying it and even mentioned that she doesn't use msg. We had kalbi (which is my all time fav), bulgogi, teriyaki chicken, bimbimbap, ALL of the little side dishes and got their gyoza which I'm pretty sure was rounded yakimandu...and it was all really good and not over priced.
They do add a service charge for 5 people or more, and it is because there are plenty of people that go out and don't understand that Korean food isn't the quickest and neither is the service so they leave no tip...so it's only there because too many people have been too cheap. If you want to be like that then figure out how to make the food yourself and good luck with that.
