  • Hands down the best BBQ joint in Vegas. Ribs are tender with good smoke (maybe add a little), flavorful sauce without being too sweet. Overall excellent meat, Pitmaster is doing a fine job. Baked beans are totally awesome, literally the best beans I've had in years...just perfect. Slaw is excellent and I don't even like Dill Slaw...but I do now! This slaw is perfect! Sin City Smokers can compete on a national level with Q from across the country and be proud! This is a first for Vegas (Henderson). You will not be disappointed by trying their meats! 100% recommended.
