  • Not a reliable company in my experience. Incompetent technicians that can't solve a problem that they have been trained for. Customer service offers you a lot of excuses, like : technician is sick or is away etc... They have installed solar panels for our pool in Mesa, AZ and a brand new pump . Both haven't worked since installed 4 months ago and every time their staff comes to fix it , the problem stays the same. Our pool has never reached the temperature that they promised. The pump doesn't work. I am tired of their lack of attention and unprofessionalism. I am going to take legal action, since I have paid them and got nothing in return.
