  • Very deceitful, the sales representative let me know I had a $250 credit due to great payment history and made it seem like it was a promotion Sprint was having. I ended up getting some phone cases for my Iphone 8.....I understood that it was a free credit since we have been customers for 10 years and really believed that Sprint was doing something nice for us as loyal customers. I asked for clarification a couple of times because the deal seemed too good to be true but the girl kept playing it cool and saying that the promotion was real, never once explaining that the credit was going to be added to my bill and we were going to be billed for $15.00 more per month. I called Sprint corporate later on that day to better understand the terms and conditions and that's when they let me know my account had not qualified for a promotion. I'm upset that I was led to believe this was a free thing and im sure im not the first or last person that is going to be led to fall in their trap. I know some people don't look at their bill or realize that "promotion" is a payment plan.
