  • This place is terrible. The manager was extremely unprofessional. We bought the couch and were told we could pick it up that night. When we got there they told us the warehouse guys left so they couldn't get it to us. The manager comes out after 15 minutes of waiting, doesn't apologize and says "can we just deliver it tomorrow?" And that was it. SO unprofessional I laughed when he spoke. How can someone be a manager without even saying I'm sorry for the inconvenience?? They have nice furniture but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I would give 0 stars if I could.
