I'm updating my review unfortunately I was left stranded by the Customer Service side of TruForce. The techs I'm sure continue to do fine work; however they are not provided with the information they should have from the call center to make on time appointments. Also, scheduled appointments are not important to the call center either, as I had an appointment window promised not once but 3 separate times, only to wait and wait for a service technician to arrive which you guessed it, never occurred. I come to find out Opps, they forgot to enter it again in the system, or to communicate with the technician or forgot to call me back. I cancelled my service as my time is not a priority to this company and they continued to make the same errors not once, but lucky me 5 times total. Not acceptable! Top it off we still have ANTS
