  • I just had Bill and his crew work on my ceilings yesterday and today. Totally pleased with the results, but also all other aspects he does business. He communicated clearly and worked in a timely manner and with an exceptional level of care and cleanliness. He only took payment once project was completed and I was able to give my complete approval. His crew were very nice, respectful, and just as good as him when they did the texture unsupervised for a couple of hours. I regret not calling them the first time, but Bill was so helpful to ease if not erase the trauma by repairing and resurrecting my ceilings. Oh, and when his buddy told him that I was outside having problems starting my car, he offered me to take his truck so I can drop my son off to school. I cannot thank him enough for his business and kindness. I have more projects in the future that I want him to work on.
