  • Totally agree with you, I have visited the place to get my racket strung but the owner seems to be completely unaware. Anyways, I drop off two rackets and he told me to pick it up in a week. So a week later, I got a phone call, and he told me he broke one of my rackets while stringing. There are definitely other badminton stores with much better customer service.
