  • This company canceled the bus 4 hours before the pick up was scheduled, yes four hour notice on a Saturday night claiming swine flu infected all the drivers. Why they could not give more notice or arrange another type of transportation at the same cost I will never understand. This company left a group of 15 people starnded, and the bus was a suprise birthday present for my wife, we had no time to react as the pre party was about to begin. In business you follow through with your committments at all costs, especially in this ecomony. The group was excited about this and had plans to book for the holidays and another for another party night, well this will not happen now. I was left with having to make all new plans for 15 people to go out on the town with very little notice due to the Real London Bus cancelling, bad show Real London Bus!!
