  • I tried to rent a car on this company, mainly because the price was better thant the others. When I got there something didn't seem good because it was the only counter that didn't have a line. At first the attendant was friendly, but when I said I wanted to decline the insurance, he became very rude trying to hard sell insuranceand and telling me scarry stories. I told him I didn't need any insurance (I already had) and said he wouldn't rent unless I paid for their insurance. I had to walk away and rent from Dollar. Their web site says insurance is optional. I have have rented from Dollar, Advanage and Avis and never had any problem. Botton line: stay away from this company at any cost, stick with the majors.
