  • Stopped in this store today, needing info as I'm remodeling 2 bathrooms in my home. One will be a complete gut job. I must be completely invisible, because the sales lady never acknowledged my presence in any way! Yes, she was speaking to another couple, but a short greeting would have been nice...! I was so excited to stop in this store, drove the whole way from Punxsutawney, and left angry and disappointed. It's a beautiful store with gorgeous fixtures, but your sales person sucks! I'll take my business to Penstan in Indiana, where they are always happy to have my business!
