Bad Customer Service. No, correction...... Stupid customer service . I wanted to exchange a gift for my daughter who gave birth six wks ago and asked me to do the errand for her. With another daughter about to be married, and not enough time, I left the errand for this week and called the store before my visit as I noticed the expiry date on the card was a couple of wks ago. The owner was not interested in accepting the exchange, nor was he interested in satisfying this customer. Silly man. I may have gone to the shop and while making the exchange, purchased other items for my new grandbaby. Maybe I would have told all my friends, mostly new grandparents, about this lovely store which they should visit. Well, I will for sure tell my friends avout this store, but you can rest assured that I will not be recommending it as a place to shop.
