I bought an 8 piece fried chicken deal from the deli Friday night. Once I got home to feed the family, I found the chicken was raw inside. Upon return to the store, the lady at the customer service desk gladly refunded my money and called a manager. The manager, however, did not seem to care that I had served my family raw chicken from his store. I asked him what was my recourse was seeing that I had a 4 year old that may have eaten some of this product. His response was," If there is a problem, call us." No apology, he just quickly scurried away toward the deli department, leaving me standing there more angry than when I came in. Terrible customer service.
