rev:text	What a horrible experience. We took our dodge diesel 3500 truck in for an oil change prior to leaving on our vacation. All services were checked and cleared. We drove to Ventura Ca. And found a very large oil leak from under our truck. We took the truck to a local Jiffy Lupe and they inspected the truck and said the Jiffy Lube in Mesa had overfilled the oil by 1 to 2 quarts. They changed the oil and we continued on our vacation. We called Mesa Jiffy Lube on Power Rd. We filed a damage report and we where contacted by a Jody from corporate who took our report and after a very long Labor Day Weekend she returned our call and said that the orter Jiffy Lube said it was only one half quart over filled and that it would not cause all the oil damage. When we called the other Jiffy Lube and talked to the manager he said he did not say anything about the oil over fill amount because the tech who changed the oil was no working that day and to call the next day to talk with the tech who did check the oil. Basically she lied to us .We continued on our way home and ended up I Oceanside Ca. The truck was still leaking so we took the Dodge to a dealer and they said the truck had blown a rear main seal and that it was a result of over filling the oil. You cannot overfill a diesel truck. Anyway Jody sent a inspector to the Dodge Dealer and told us it was not their fault because there was an existing oil leak, but guess what that truck never had an oil leak. So they won't pay. Basically we are up the creek. Please people take you vehicle to a reputable dearler or a trusted mechanic. DO NOT USE ANY JIFFY LUBE.
