| - I was super optimistic about this place at first! Pam and Alysia were wonderful to deal with over the phone. What we thought would be a simple repair at first turned slightly more complicated and I was told they'd need to order a wiring harness to fix the tail light. They put me in a rental car at no cost, with a contract stating no cost until the vehicle was complete.
Come Monday, I call for an update on the part and am told it's on backorder with no timeline to arrive. A few hours later, I get a call from the owner, Matt, whom I've had yet to deal with, telling me I need to bring the rental car back immediately or start paying for it.
Between my phone calls with Matt and the way he spoke to me when I came in to pick up my damaged car the next day, I would never return to this place. Pam remained completely lovely throughout my entire experience; she is the best thing about this place without question!!
Here's the best part -
When I went to pick up the damaged car on Tuesday to figure out a new plan, Matt told me it was crazy that we were talking about wiring harnesses and ordering these parts when he has a guy who could've rewired the tail light wiring for me easily, and cheaply, on site. He blamed the Nissan parts department for going this route, but when I'd come in the Thursday before for the repair, it was his own staff that called Nissan to place the order for the wiring harness (as I was sitting there when they did it). Makes you wonder why they're on such different pages and it's extremely frustrating that we could've had a wiring guy out there quickly, as Matt said we could, when I'd now be waiting days to get this done.
Before I let on Tuesday, Matt promised I'd hear from them about when the wiring guy could meet to fix the lights. It's now Friday - haven't heard a peep from them. Luckily, I realized exactly what I was dealing with on Tuesday, took the car elsewhere, and it's back on the road, good as new.
