  • This place is absolutely awful. I went to get a full set of acrylics done. I wanted to get my nails shaped a different way, and my nail technician very rudely stated how it costs more money. I didn't know this, so I told him it was fine. He started to file my nails with the electric file, and he was not paying attention at all! The electric file touched my skin TWICE and it hurt so much. My nails were finally done and ready to dry under the UV light. I placed them in, and a piece of my hair was stuck in my face and I had to move it out of the way. The nail polish on one of my nails messed up just a tiny bit. I told him and he told me that I needed to be more careful in the rudest way. He redid the nail and then told me to leave my nails under for only 5 minutes. 5 minutes didn't sound like enough time to dry, so just to be safe, I left it under for 15 minutes while talking to my other friend who was also getting her nails done. I asked another nail technician if she thought my nails were dry enough, and she touched them and said they were 100% dry and good to go. I left the place and went to Smith's really quick to buy a few things. Twenty minutes later, my nail polish on two nails had already chipped!!! And I'm ALWAYS extra careful after I'm done getting my nails done. Keep in mind I also paid $5 extra for a fancier nail polish that claims to "never chip". I went back to the nail place and told a lady my nails had chipped. She called over my nail technician and he loudly and VERY rudely said " Oh god you messed them up again?" I will NEVER be going back to this place! Horrible service!
