rev:text	DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY! first thing to note is that this hotel is really outdated & definitely needs remodeling. second red flag, when we got to our room the door was propped open. we looked inside to see if anyone was in there and if it was clean and it looked clean although the beds looked sloppily made. Third issue was the refrigerator, when we opened it, it wasn't cold in there and there was water spilling from inside onto the carpet. (and it was quite a bit of water) so we called the front desk to see what we could do. she said the only thing she could do was bring us towels. okay? how is that going to get the refrigerator to work?!!? she said she had to put me on hold in the middle of it and when she got back on the phone she said she couldn't do anything for us. so at this point I asked her to just move us rooms, she continued to tell me that she probably couldn't move us because they were booked. she put me on hold again and said she had a room next door after about 2 minutes on hold. even move rooms and first thing I notice was the terrible smell. smelt like sweat! on top of that the refrigerator was off in that room too! the next day we asked for a late checkout and the guy at the desk said he could give us a 2pm checkout. cool. we take our time getting ready and our stuff together. we then around 12:45 get a call from the front desk and the guy literally said "uh are you guys checking out?" and I told him that the guy in the morning gave us a 2 pm checkout and then he says " oh no that's way too late for us!" at this point the customer service has been so crappy it's not even worth arguing with them. he says we need to be out before 1:30. worst experience at a Marriott hotel.
