| - Another great service experience at N. Scottsdale Earnhardt! Was greeted as soon as I pulled into the Service lane and my advisor, Matt, came out within a minute to talk with me about what services I needed for my 2014 Sante Fe. After sending my car off to be serviced, Matt offered to order the free SD map update I needed, but since I preferred to do it myself at home, he helped me order it via the MyHyundai website and even printed the installation instructions for me, which I really appreciated. My car was ready in the time expected, checkout was a breeze and while I waited, I enjoyed the comfortable waiting area. Typically I don't take advantage of the snacks provided, but since I had missed breakfast that morning, I was happy to find fresh muffins and fruit, as well as coffee and water, available for customers. Prices have been more than reasonable here as well; I'd pay more for an oil/filter change at Pep Boys or Danny's. And the best part is I know my car is being serviced by a team that knows Hyundai's. I'll continue to have my Hyyundai serviced here.
