Disclaimer: I haven't gone to the salon yet so can't speak to the skills of the stylists yet.
But I am already upset because of appointment screw up. I called them few weeks ago and told them I needed an appointment for the 31st and if that is possible I will buy the groupon. The receptionist ensured me that they have normal hours and scheduled me in for a session.
Today I spoke to them and the receptionist was like oh we are closing early and the stylist won't be here and canceled my appointment. As you can imagine it is impossible to get another appointment anywhere else now.
I am really upset because she stated many times that they are having normal hours and to make it worse, she showed no remorse for there screw up and was not appolagetic. Not only does this put a dent in for my plans for tomorrow, I am also now stuck with a groupon that I have to use at a salon I don't want to go back to. I will go to use my groupon next time I get a chance but can't see myself going back unless they redeem themselves.
