  • The New Foundation has undergone a metamorphosis is the past year. A new administration ushered in better compensation and benefits for staff, but more importantly began listening to employees. The result was a strategic plan that led to major changes including a huge upgrade to the campus. The living areas have been remodeled, the buildings have been painted, there is new signage, and the campus is now surrounded by the fence that will help keep the residents safe. This is an organization that provides wonderful treatment to each resident. They provide "trauma informed care" with a nurtured heart approach. The also have a high quality school with professional teachers. I recommend this agency for youth struggling with behavior or addiction issues.
