  • Not a fan - I got gel and not even 24 hours later the polish starting chipping I came back the following day and explained to the man that it hasn't even been 24 hours, he tried fixing it without going through the whole process of taking the gel off and re-painting but he finally realized that it wasn't gonna cut it so he looked up at me and rudely said "you want me to restart because it may take some time" I told him that was the whole reason that I'm there.. obviously I wanted it fixed, it would have been one thing if it lasted a week but it wasn't even 24 hours! It was still about 25 minutes till close but all the other nail techs left so it was just him and the receptionist. The girl at the front stood there with her keys around her finger waiting for him to finish so she could close up - I felt as if I was a total inconvenience even though they still had plenty of time before closing. I definitely will not be returning.
