  • Panorama towers is a nice complex from the street but upkeep has gone down over the last two years. If you look at comparable communities in Las Vegas, panorama seriously lacks on landscaping aesthetics. Palm trees aren't trimmed back, dead plants removed and not replaced. Projects remain unfinished for weeks/months at a time. The pool is bare of greenery/plants and aesthetic beauty. I would recommend living/purchasing property at a better kept complex with more green vegetation and a more impeccable cleaning staff. Seriously HOA has to work harder with landscaping and grounds beautification to improve aesthetic beauty.
