  • My cold air stopped working and I sent a message through yelp to black mountain air and IM SO GLAD I DID! Within hours I was contacted and I had messaged them somewhat late at night so I was surprised with the quick response. Another company came yesterday to look at it, my ac is super old and needs to be replaced, I know that, that technician said I was out of freon and quoted me about $225 for the freon but had just used his last of freon on his last person. Robert was the technician who came today from this company and he was awesome! He checked the freon and its fine, go figure. It turned out it was a wire issue that was fixed in seconds. I'll still need a new unit soon since mines about 25 years old. He was extremely thorough in measuring everything for a new unit. He was also extremely nice. I look forward to using this company in the future and will gladly recommend them to anyone! Robert even called ahead to let me know traffic was heavy and he would be late. Seriously awesome.
