  • WARNING: USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL! Your clothes will come back missing pieces, uncleaned, and over-pressed. What a joke! Jay, the owner, took no responsibility for the clothes that were returned to me burned and still dirty. Been to hundreds of dry cleaners and never had an issue where they were unwilling to take responsibilities for damages that were obviously caused by improper use of equipment and lack of care by Legend Cleaners. Why would you be in a business where customers bring you their most expensive clothing and garments, when you have trouble working a press? I wouldn't get my t-shirts cleaned at this place due to the fear of those being burned, too. After this review is posted, I'm moving on to the Better Business Bureau and Office of Consumer Affairs to file additional complaints. $800 worth of clothing burnt by Legend Cleaners. Thanks.
