  • Okay, so this review is based off of the Lancome counter. Not the entire store. I have been a Lancome customer since I was 15. I have very pale and sensitive skin. I have tried Clinique (too dark), Estee Lauder (again too dark, MAC (too cakey and their foundation has a scent to it). Lancome is my love and my life. This particular counter has a certain female worker Im not fond of. Every time I encounter her, she tries to sell me on EVERYTHING. And tries to get me to buy two of whatever the hell it is that I originally came there for. Knock it off! If it werent for the asian lady that works there that smoothed things over for me I would not return to this location. I should gave caught the womans name. She has dark hair, wears glasses, and usually has her hair tightly pulled back. Long face. She drives me nuts. Anytime I see her working from now on Ill be asking for someone else or just come back another time. I understand these ladies are paid on comission but its really annoying that I have to say a firm "No thank you." more than once.
