  • We love Pet Paradise, Matthews! Our boys receive outstanding care during their visits. We have never boarded them before moving to Charlotte, so we were pretty anxious on their first visit. The staff quickly put our minds at ease, as it is very evident that everyone loves being there and working with these precious animals. We have boarded the boys here on 2 separate occasions. Both times were awesome....We have absolutely no qualms leaving our babies in their care! It is such a comfort to know they are getting love and attention while away from home. Lots of love, playtime, potty breaks, mealtimes, and rest times.....peace of mind! We love watching our boys and all of the other visitors on the doggy cam during play times! We also would like to mention their grooming services.....our boys go regularly for their spa days! Jessica is amazing, and does fantastic work on our Yorkie and Yorkie Poo!
