  • I forgot to post this back in December when I actually had my experience here. I went into Brookstone at the chandler mall during the Christmas rush! It was extremely busy of course but I was looking to get my Hubby a back massaging chair for Christmas. After looking at a few of the choices offered a employee named "Trent" was kind enough to assist me in answering some of my questions and also helped me to decide on the one I ultimately purchased. Keep in mind that it was very busy in there and Trent still took the time to check in the back stock room to see if he had the item I wanted! I really appreciated his calm helpful demeanor and this guy needs a promotion. Great employees are hard to find and your company found a good one! Thanks again Trent my husband loves his chair!
