  • Been going here for years too have my dogs groom and they always enjoy going but the last 2 times they been showing signs of destress and today they cut one of my dogs and the manager check me out and didn't bother to tell me what had happened when I asked her about it she informed me that she was to busy to talk and and said it was the dog fault because other dogs were barking when she was cutting Well so much customer service I guess years of bring your dogs be groom at least 3 to 4 times A year doesn't matter to them well TODAY WAS THE LAST DAY I GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS I suggest other dog owners also take their business somewhere else who knows what goes on in the back room With this manger
