  • Called about a watch, told the owner's friend wanted it but had not committed to buying. Next day I called back; left name and number with the person who answered the phone and said if the friend didn't buy it I wanted it and would pay cash. No one called back. Emailed an offer through the website, left email for response, never heard back. These are not professionals. They are clueless about customer service, the interactions felt amateur. Nicole C. must be a friend or employee.
